When switching to "Run Experiment", Harmony should show the Plate Layout Tab, not the Test Images

What is the challenge?

If you set up an Experiment in Harmony, and move to the "Run Experiment" Tab to enter your plate name and start the measurement, Harmony shows a strange behavior (it has always been doing this):

within the Navigation panel, it shows the content of the test images tab, instead of the Define Layout. This is very annoying and for many users confusing, because they suddenly think that they have not been selecting the correct wells on their plate.

What users would like to see on the Navigation panel is the wells and fields that they are about to image.

What is the impact?

Not a huge issue, not of huge priority, but something that would improve usability and reduce confusion for users, especially new ones

Describe your idea

Just show the "Define Layout" selection on the Navigation panel in "Run Experiment"
