What is the challenge? |
Harmony does not properly communicate Error messages (e.g. due to Focus Errors) to the Integrator's automation software. |
What is the impact? |
In an automated environment, the customer needs to see all issues related to their experiment in one software, which would be the automation software. At the moment, the user is not informed, if e.g. a plate is canceled by Harmony because it cannot be focussed. Users need to have quick access to information that can impact the quality of their data. |
Describe your idea |
It would be good to have a solution that allows quick and easy access for integrators to Harmony messages that indicate a potential impact on Data quality. For instance instrument issues, focus issues, Image Alignment failures and canceled fields/wells/plates. |
