Store which planes were used during a max-projection evaluation

Currently users can't determine from an Evaluation with a Maximum Projection, if all planes were used or not. And if not all planes were used: which ones were selected.

And for fields, probably only if Object Results are selected the actually analysed fields are shown.

Right now, the users have to actively note down such a limitation in the comment field of the Evaluation.

Either add this as an automatic comment, or maybe even add this as a field in the result data structures
